According to Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) Team Blog Aero Remoting does not work when connecting from Windows 7 to Windows Vista.
The only supported scenario for RDS Aero Remoting from Windows 7 is Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2 remote server. Upgrade your Windows if you want Aero in Remote Desktop.
